Labrador  Retrievers are amazing dogs! They are America's most popular breed  because of their affectionate nature, loyalty, intelligence and  athleticism. Well bred labs exhibit each of these characteristics. They are versatile and can be trained for service, hunting and companionship.

AKC recognizes three types of Labrador Retriever:  Yellow, Black and Chocolate.  Fox Red Labs are a dark red variety of Yellow.  We are small breeders and aren't interested in breeding multiple varieties of numerous mating pairs.  We are focused on Reds exclusively as a matter of  personal preference. 

 Our dogs are  family. We expect that prospective owners will be highly responsible and ethical. Prospective owners are required to complete this application.  Finger Lakes Labs are raised with love and ready for an active lifestyle and an affectionate relationship with their human(s).
